Everyone who contacts Economydoubt Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed from it. Know that Economydoubt Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Write to Us

Email contact@economydoubt.property and include:

• Your name and a good way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help as well.
